Boats
Any military unit that costs 1 BP is bog-standard. A 2 BP unit counts as Trained, or 4 counts as Elite.
Movement
Movement rates will vary on terrain and randomness but are basically the following (so you can describe exactly what route you’re taking, and/or vaguely describe where you’re heading and/or just say the hex you want to arrive at, depending on what you want from your move.
Inf 4
Cav 5
Missiles 4
Fast Mounted 6
Boats 4*
Characters 6
Scouts 8
*Boats go 4 inland (ie on rivers) but can go anywhere on the sea.
If you want to force extra movement out of units then you can, but they will not arrive fresh.
Income
Income is based on the hexes in your territory (1 BP for every two hexes), boosted by victories, tribute, and trade with NPCs.

There is a spring turn, then a summer turn, then an autumn turn, then in
the winter turn, you don’t move but I will tell you your income which you can
spend during the winter. The more stuff you do well during the year hopefully
the more income you will get, but there is also a random element. But it will
probably be around 10 atm.
Don’t worry if you have spent all your money, coz you can rack up debts
during the year which can come out of your income later (as long as you don’t go
mad, or I’ll cut off your credit).
